An often-overlooked accessory on modified four-wheel drives is the factory jack. Once you have raised your vehicle and decided to then fit large tyres, the factory jack might not be tall enough to do its job. Now, a lump of wood will get you out of trouble; but it doesn’t really fix the problem, does it? Instead of putting your fingers in your ears and making ‘nah nah nah’ noises while ignoring the problem, how about you take a look at the Bottle Jack Extensions from Roadsafe 4WD instead? These extensions are designed to fit over the ram of a standard bottle jack, increasing the jack’s length of throw. There are three sizes available: 75mm, 150mm and an adjustable 225mm-305mm.
