Did you know one of the most common callouts to roadside assistance operators is for flat batteries? Knowing that, why not take power into your own hands (pun absolutely intended) by picking up your own portable jump starter like this Powercon unit from Opposite Lock? It is a 12V 500A unit with a built-in 15,000mAh Lithium Cobalt battery for instant power and long battery life. As well as being able to jump-start your vehicle, there’s a 5V USB output for charging devices, as well as a high-powered flashlight (because you just know that battery of yours is going to die at night, most likely in the rain too… umbrella not included). Jumper cables certainly are included, and the whole package is nice and compact in dimensions – making it easy to store anywhere in your vehicle.

I contacted 2 Opposite Lock stores to try and buy a PowerCon mini booster only to be told they don’t stock them
