Korr Lighting has launched its new IP68-rated LED lighting kits. They contain five 48cm LED bars – two of which will throw white and orange light, and the other three which will give you just white. The orange pair are for the bugs – as the colour has been shown to repel bugs as effectively as a DEET shower. Other than the bug repelling awesomeness, they’ve got inbuilt magnets for mounting and reinforced grommets to prevent breaking wires; and you can daisy-chain them all up together. There is also a simmer switch, 3.0m extension lead to ciggy adapter, and a pair of 5.0m extensions. Pretty good kit for camping, plus you’re covered with a 5-year warranty… unlike some of the cheaper knock-offs getting around.
