The HTX Driving Lights on display showed off a 70W HID fast start bulb in the centre of the 170mm diameter lights for long distance throw, while the perimeter is made up of 20 LED bulbs which Lightforce reckons will have the same punch as a 20in lightbar. Both LEDs and HID operation are individually switchable – so you can use either or both depending on the driving conditions; and the housing is rated to IP69K, which is very impressive. Rest assured we’ll be grabbing one of the first sets once they land in this country, so stay tuned for a proper review soon.
