How tough is your camera? Pretty tough? Sort of tough? Is it tough enough that it’s actually called Tough Camera? Well the Lumix DMC-TS5 Wi-Fi Enabled Lifestyle Tough Camera (quite the mouthful) certainly looks tough enough to earn the name. It is waterproof and dustproof, as well as being shockproof and freezeproof – making it darn near ideal for off-road conditions. It’s not all brawn and no brains though, with the option to connect the camera to your smartphone or tablet and share files directly. Built-in creative filters allow you to alter your amazing images and HD video, and you can chooe between four different colours (black, silver, blue and an ‘orange’ colour we have dubbed mango tango… but orange will do).

A great little camera, and I use mine quite often, as it is easy to store and carry around with you, unlike the big bulky SLR’s. It gives a good range and the colour is superb, not only this but it is water proof to 10 metres.

If it is as good as the larger Lumix I have should be great.
