The problem with that is that if fuel can pass through a filter, so can water when under the pressures found in common rail diesels.
The Water Watch trap assembly will assist in detecting and removing water in your vehicle’s fuel supply prior to it entering the injection system. It is capable of detecting very small amounts of free water, bringing on a LED warning light and an audible warning. It’ll also collect debris and particulates in the glass bowl along with any water that has come from your fuel supply.

Water Watch is not a filter, so it does not cause any restriction to fuel pressure or flow.[/x_text][/x_column][/x_row][/x_section][x_section style=”margin: 0px 0px 0px 0px; padding: 0 0px 20px 0px; “][x_row inner_container=”true” marginless_columns=”true” bg_color=”” style=”margin: 0px auto 0px auto; padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px; “][x_column bg_color=”” type=”1/1″ style=”padding: 20px 0px 0px 0px; “][x_block_grid type=”two-up”][x_block_grid_item][x_button style=”background:#f27900;color:white;border-color:#b24700;box-shadow: none !important;” shape=”rounded” size=”x-large” block=”true” float=”none” href=”www.waterindiesel.com.au” target=”blank” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover”]For more information[/x_button][/x_block_grid_item][x_block_grid_item][/x_block_grid_item][/x_block_grid][/x_column][/x_row][/x_section]
