Either your temperature gauge starts heading north at a rate of knots, or green coolant starts dripping out of your truck like something from a horror movie. Terrain Tamer is proud to release its take on a heavy-duty radiator, which the company tells us took over 18 months to develop. The radiators arrive complete with their own steel brackets, because they incorporate both a closer pitch and a higher tube count. That doesn’t mean they can sing like a choir, but Terrain Tamer says this design will improve cooling efficiency over the genuine OEM unit by up to 8%. The tanks are not welded; they are fully pressed and fused and constructed from aluminium. A low coolant level warning plug is included, allowing an extra in-dash indicator device to be run for monitoring coolant levels. Currently Terrain Tamer offers the Heavy Duty radiators for Toyota HiLux and LandCruiser models including 1HZ and V8 powered LandCruisers and the KUN26 HiLux.

Gday after a price on a HD radiator for a hzj105 series landcruiser, car gets warm on hots and towing up hills
Thanks
If you have them for KUN26 Hilux’s, will they fit the oft forgotten GGN25 Hilux? (same vehicle, better engine).
I’ve only ever taken a passing glance, and they look like they use the same radiator, but I’ve never checked to be sure.
