Zombie-fighting Jeep Wrangler for auction

The Jeep Wrangler has always featured heavily with modders, and this supercharged 2017 Wrangler has been hit with a heavy brush.

This heavily modified 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport is going under the hammer at RM Sothebys in the US (online auction only) and looks to have been prepped to survive a zombie apocalypse. According to Sothebys the thing has been “heavily modified in looks, performance and functionality”.

Out front it’s got a Rock-Slide Engineering bumper with a Smittybilt X20 12000lb winch and a custom-painted 10th anniversary bonnet. It’s been given a five-inch lift to help it clamber over zombies, and it’s running Fox shocks and 22-inch Fuel Assault alloys with Repulsor 37×13.5 tyres. There are Bushwacker fenders and a DV8 electric step makes the climb up and into the Wrangler a little easier. The engine is a 3.6-litre V6 Pentastar petrol that’s been supercharged (Magnuson TVS 1320) and a custom exhaust.

On the inside, the old seats have been ripped out and replaced with Ferrari-style ‘Daytona’ seats, Wild BVoard grab handles and a custom entertainment system.

There are two days left for bidding and, at the time of writing, it was sitting on USD$34,000. Interested? Check it out HERE.
