Happy Camper meals are simply delicious, and that’s before you take into consideration they don’t need to be refrigerated and are easier to prepare than opening a pack of Tic Tacs. Everyone at Unsealed 4X4 HQ takes them away on trips, and to be honest it isn’t uncommon to see our fearless leader eating them in the office for lunch. The latest release from Happy Camper is lamb and mushroom gnocchi and it’s another winner (as good as the lamb shanks and meatballs). There’s no artificial flavours or colouring. The company is Australian owned and the meals are made using produce from local farmers wherever possible. To heat the meals, you can either microwave them or warm them in the oven; and while camping you simply pop them in boiling water for 10 minutes, then let them cool for another two minutes, and dinner is ready.
