ARB Springwood is the latest in a long line of outlets for a bloke named Mark Lacey, who with his wife Fiona has owned ARB stores for the past 25 years. They actually started Queensland’s first privately owned operation in Rockhampton back in 1992.
“After 18 months of site analysis, we decided on this location based on its visibility, functionality, accessibility, on-site car parking and proximity to all the major car dealerships. The store has been built with a customer focus – consisting of a 400m2 flowing showroom, customer lounge, on-site workshop, warehouse and great staff facilities. A lot of customers have said to me that the shop just has the right ‘feel’, and by 10am on our first day we had already exceeded our expected customer numbers. It was a big day! We are excited about becoming a major part of the local community and continuing the adventure together.”
