Club 4X4 is excited to announce major improvements to its Roadside Assistance program, thanks to a new partnership with Digicall Assist – one of Australia’s most innovative Roadside Assistance providers.
The new Roadside Assistance offering from Club 4X4 will triple the potential tow distance that can be covered free of charge to the nearest appropriate repairer, with the maximum being increased to 150km. Accordingly, there will be a weight increase allowing towing of vehicles up to 4.5T GVM, and additionally a trailer under 4T can be included in the tow as long as the trailer details are provided at the time of the Roadside Assistance request.

The new Roadside Assistance product, called ‘Roadside Plus’ is available on new and renewing policies from 2 September 2021. Those with the existing product will continue to be offered it until their policy is renewed when they will be offered the new product. Customers are also able to upgrade their policy mid term at a pro-rata rate.
