Except for one company that is – Helinox, who seem to enjoy engineering lightweight products where no suitable item has previously existed. We’re talking about products like fold-up tables and camp cots that weigh next to nothing and can be packed away into a ridiculously small bag. The product that we are really wanted to talk about is the Helinox range of camp chairs. After recently testing one in the Vic High Country for a week, they definitely are compact and comfortable. You just look a little bit like a kid sitting in the naughty corner, thanks to the low seat height.
