WA’s favourite 4WD Show is on this year from 10-12 November 2023 at McCallum Park.

This is the BIG one, with everything you need to get ready for an adventure! See the latest caravans, camper trailers and motorhomes, camping gear, new 4WDs and accessories, boats, fishing gear, travel info and more.

What’s the story?

The Perth 4WD and Adventure Show is for anyone who loves being outdoors and has been well attended by West Aussies for more than 30 years. Show Director Peter Woods said the 4WD and Adventure Show has been designed for people to get the gear, the inspiration, and the knowledge they need to get out and explore our great country.

“The 4WD and Adventure Show offers something for everyone and is so big that some visitors plan to come each day of the Show weekend just so they can see it all!” Peter said.

“Whether you’re looking to upgrade your camper trailer or buy a new caravan, maybe grab some new tyres for your car or a new camping fridge, it’s all here in the one place. You can speak to the staff and get expert advice to make sure you get the right products to suit your needs and compare prices while you’re here.”

“The Show also has plenty of activity and entertainment, from technical tips to a bit of fun with our celebrity guests sharing their stories.”

“Whatever you’re into, there’s something for everyone at the 4WD and Adventure Show,” Peter said.

Get the skills and get going!

The 4WD and Adventure Show is designed as an interactive experience that equips visitors with the gear, the advice, and the inspiration to get out there and explore.

The Club 4X4 Adventure Hub features technical and practical info and demos and includes the new Tough Dog Traction Track and the new Madventure Overland Stage.

The new Tough Dog Traction Track is an interactive zone that offers all the technical 4WDing info that you never knew you needed to know!

Specially designed ramps will be used to demonstrate the capabilities of a vehicle and give you an up-close look at exactly how the vehicle works. Richard Nicholls from Adventure Offroad Training will use specially designed ramps to demonstrate how vehicle’s suspension actually works.

Driving the vehicle over the ramps allows audiences to see the suspension flexing and when the vehicle loses traction. Presentations and discussions will include:

  • Why we upgrade a vehicle’s suspension from factory suspension.
  • How good suspension helps in preventing traction loss.
  • What technology is in use to keep the vehicle moving forward.
  • How changing your wheels and tyres can affects your vehicle’s performance.
  • Latest technologies and traction adding devices that may be fitted to the vehicle and how they assist with keeping the vehicle moving through the terrain (and why sometimes they need to be disabled).

What’s new for 2023?

New at the Show this year is the Madventure Overland Stage, an interactive stage area with expert presentations on a range of topics all weekend long. This stage will give you the know-how and technical info on what gear you need and how to use it properly. Topics include Electronics and Navigation, Tyre Tips, Overlanding tips and Mapping. The stage is proudly sponsored by Madventure, Unsealed 4×4 and RV Daily.

Catch up with Show special guests

This year the Show welcomes back crowd favourite Graham Cahill from 4WD 247, but the big news is that Jase Andrews from All 4 Adventure is back at the Show after a four-year break! Other guests include Ronny Dahl and Sam Eyles. Catch all the Show’s special guests on the Engel Bush Camp Stage.

The 4WD and Adventure Shows launched their infamous Content Creator’s Area four years ago, and this has grown into a major attraction. We invite well known content creators from Instagram and youtube to attend the Show, speak to audiences about their adventures and meet and greet with their followers. Don’t miss the Dometic Outdoor Content Creator Area and catch up with your favourites.

The 4WD Show also has a Fishing Stage hosted by ex-West Coast Eagle player Mark LeCras, so visitors can talk about fishing all weekend long with local experts.

The 4WD and Adventure Show will have the Isuzu Ute Iron Summit, camp cooking demonstrations and a travel zone for you to plan your next escape.
