The Lightforce ROK9 Utility Light had some work done recently, and now its back fresh out of surgery with a whole new look. While it might look fresh, the ethos has remained: to produce a light that is small and easily mounted anywhere. With a die cast aluminium housing and a hard-coated polycarbonate lens, the exterior of the light looks sleek and new but it’s what’s on the inside that counts. Lightforce have put in new 3 x 3W horizontally aligned LED chips, giving greater beam spread of 90° and up to a claimed 12m x 12m. The new ROK9 also offers 272 effective lumens to give even greater brightness and they allow you flexibility on how and where you use them with IP67 waterproof rating and both flat and tube mounts provided.
