Who (other than some poor soul with gluten intolerance) doesn’t like a nice warm piece of toast to start the morning? What we like about this unit from Coleman is that it actually works… well, according to the YouTube vids we have seen. It is also dirt cheap and actually packs down to an extremely slender size for easy transport. No more poking a stick through your daily slice of multigrain and nursing it unsuccessfully over a fire before giving up in search of a store-bought bacon and egg muffin. For less than the cost of said muffin, you could own your own toast-cooking machine capable of browning up to four pieces of solidified water and flour in minutes.

  1. Tried this style once and tossed it and went back to my two slice mess toaster, hard to beat. not as much fun for the kids as a large fork of course.

  2. i also brought one of these , didn’t work well so I ended up drilling more holes into the bottom so flames / heat could get through , works a bit better now
