Since 1976, BFGoodrich has been at the forefront of all-terrain tyre innovation. Now, they’re pushing the boundaries again with the launch of the BFGoodrich KO3 All-Terrain T/A tyre. Building on the legendary performance of the KO2, the KO3 is designed to meet the evolving demands of off-road enthusiasts, offering enhanced durability, toughness, and traction.

“BFGoodrich Tyres’ legendary toughness has been made tougher with the creation of the All-Terrain KO3 tyre,” said Harold Phillips, BFGoodrich Global General Manager. “We’ve done a lot of racing and research in the ten years since we launched the KO2 tyre, so a decade of data, feedback, technology and experience went into the development of the KO3 tyre. We are our own competition, and we knew it was time to take the all-terrain tyre to another level. It will be exciting to see what consumers will do – at work and at play – with the KO3 tyre.”

BFGoodrich Australia is rolling out over 60 sizes of the KO3 in the next 24 months. Starting in September, 38 sizes will be available in three phases, covering 80% of BFGoodrich’s all-terrain market in Australia. The remaining sizes will be introduced by 2026, ensuring a perfect fit for any off-road rig.

What sets the BFGoodrich KO3 apart from its predecessor?

Treadwear: The BFGoodrich KO3 features a brand-new tread pattern and compound. This provides exceptional durability and longevity, even on rough gravel tracks. Its optimized footprint and full-depth 3D locking sipes ensure even wear, giving you more kilometres and reliable performance over the long haul.

Toughness: Built with CoreGard Technology, the KO3 offers unparalleled sidewall toughness, earning it the Baja Champion badge. The Advanced Deflection Design helps protect against sidewall snags and splits, keeping you moving through the roughest terrain.

Traction: Whether you’re battling mud, snow, or wet conditions, the BFGoodrich KO3 is engineered to grip. The serrated shoulder design and MudPhobic Bars enhance mud and snow traction, earning KO3 the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake severe-snow rating. Plus, the new tread compound improves wet traction, helping the KO3 stop 4.2 meters shorter than the KO2.

The All-Terrain T/A KO3 tyre is the latest addition to BFGoodrich’s Terrain Family, setting a new standard for off-road performance. Visit the BFGoodrich website here for more information.
