When you think about it, that is kind of scary considering how dependent modern vehicles are on steady 12V power. The OHM car battery is the biggest thing to happen to the battery industry, since terminals were invented. OHM never needs to be jumpstarted, as it will automatically shut itself off when voltage gets low. It is claimed the battery will even work on the coldest of days, and OHM will last twice as long as a traditional lead-acid battery (they back it with a seven year warranty). OHM also is apparently far greener compared to conventional batteries as it contains no lead or acid and it is also lighter, weighing around just 3kg.
