Western Australia’s biggest outdoor leisure event, the Perth 4WD and Adventure Show, is back from November 8th to 10th at McCallum Park. Whether you’re into 4WDs, caravans, camping, or fishing, this event has something for every outdoor enthusiast.
Show Director Peter Woods says, “The 4WD and Adventure Show is the one-stop place for visitors to see and purchase a variety of products and services relating to the outdoor leisure industry.” From caravans and camper trailers to new 4WDs, camping gear, and fishing equipment, the show covers all aspects of outdoor adventure.
Peter adds, “The Perth 4WD and Adventure Show is the biggest event of its kind in Australia, offering visitors everything they could ever need for their next adventure. The show’s location at McCallum Park is perfect, and this year, we’re excited to offer more display space and activations than ever before.”

With the convenience of free parking and a shuttle bus service, getting to the show is easy. Peter notes, “This event has always been well attended by outdoor enthusiasts, and with the introduction of free parking in several locations and free shuttle bus service, it has become even easier for people to attend.”
Attendees can expect plenty of new products and expert advice, with Peter saying, “We know that everyone is looking for knowledge, tips, and info that helps them on their adventures, and we have plenty of experts at the Show ready to pass on their knowledge.”
Interactive displays and new zones for 2024
This year’s show promises an interactive experience, with lots of hands-on opportunities for visitors. The new Toyo Tires Open Country Zone will feature several interactive demos and presentations, including the Tough Dog Traction Track, the new Bush Mechanics Area, and the Hema Maps Adventure Travel Stage.
Peter says, “We also like to give a try-before-you-buy type experience where we can, and see this event as an ideal place to get up close and personal with the products they are looking at buying, and giving them a real experience to help in decision making.”

The Tough Dog Traction Track showcases vehicle capabilities on specially designed ramps, while the Bush Mechanics Area, presented by Geoff Lewis from Seriously Series, offers twice-daily demos on how to fix common vehicle issues in the bush. Visitors can pre-book their seats to watch these sessions.
New this year, the Hema Maps Adventure Travel Stage will provide insights from seasoned travellers on Australia’s most iconic destinations. Four sessions will run daily, where visitors can gather tips and inspiration for their own trips.
The new fishing zone
This year’s show also introduces the Halco Fishing Zone, featuring the revamped Engel TBarra Tank. Mark LeCras from Channel 7’s The 4WD Adventure Show will host regular fishing demonstrations throughout the day. Special guest Sam Birch, aka “The Barra King,” will also be on hand to share his fishing tips and stories.
The Fishing Zone will have fishing tackle exhibitors, information on fishing and boating, and plenty of action on the water.

Hands-on fun for thrill-seekers
If you’re after a more action-packed experience, the Isuzu Iron Summit is back. Visitors can strap in for a ride up the steep 45-degree incline of the custom-built hydraulic ramp in an Isuzu D-MAX or MU-X.
Plus, visitors can take to the skies with helicopter rides on offer, thanks to Mount Hart Station in the Kimberley.
More to see and do
The Engel Bush Camp Stage is back with special guests like Graham Cahill from 4WD24/7, Ronny Dahl, and Bridget from Red Dirt Diary. Show Your Dirt, the show-and-shine competition, will see top 4WDs on display, with winners announced on Sunday afternoon.
The Content Creator area returns, where visitors can meet popular YouTube creators, check out their rigs, and catch up on their latest adventures.
