The GME XRS UHF has been out for a while now, however they’ve just updated firmware and software on the UHF and the Connect app – there is now location services attached. Essentially you can send your location on the end of each transmission to other XRS UHF’s, plus up to 32 extra characters. Imagine this if you will: I’m bogged up to my diffs, give you a call and ask you to come and save me. You drive out to my general vicinity, get to within UHF range, and next thing you hear me over the UHF screaming help, and my location with “BOGGED AGAIN!!” coming up on your smart phone that’s connected to the XRS… Pretty neat huh?
Price:
XRS-330C – $499.00
XRS-370C – $549.00
