Chances are you’ve done your research and your winch setup is totally appropriate for your vehicle but some of these crazy winch installs we spotted on the interweb recently are anything but! In fact, we reckon some of them are downright ridiculous.
You might expect a winch setup on Land Rovers, Toyotas and Jeeps, but it seems as though they aren’t the only ones who play in the outback. Check out a few of the odd vehicles with winches fitted that we found around the net. Some of these rigs, you just would never expect to see a winch on, and some have some crazy winch install locations and/or completely inappropriate winches for the application. Would you take any of these vehicles into the outback, or any other place where you might actually need to use a winch?
