Redarc has just given Unsealed 4×4 the scoop, with the announcement they have launched a brand new RS3 Inverter range and Alpha150 150Ah lithium battery.
These new inverters from Redarc are available to suit both 12V and 24V applications. Output wise, there are three models in the range. Starting with a 1200W unit, a 2000W inverter and a huge 3000W model.
The RS3 Inverters from Redarc are said to deliver a range of new features. These are designed to help both installers and end users. Starting with built-in Automatic Transfer Switching (ATS) as standard. This clever functionality ensures a seamless, reliable transition between battery and mains power.
With improved surge capacity (200% higher and for twice as long than comparable inverters), smaller inverters can power more demanding appliances. Meaning, by choosing an inverter with a smaller footprint, this allows you to save valuable space and reduce weight. Additionally, Redarc says the RS3 Inverters operate up to 75% quieter than comparable models.
Alongside the new RS3 Inverters, Redarc has also launched its new Alpha150 150Ah lithium battery. Alpha150 is said to offer up to 70% more capacity for its size. And 30% more capacity per kg when compared to equivalent lithium batteries. With a lifespan of over 5000 charge cycles, the Alpha150 offers double the lifespan of most lithium batteries and ten times that of equivalent deep-cycle AGM batteries.
The Alpha150 is made in the Netherlands and includes an IP56 rating and built-in heater
functionality so it can be charged in the harshest conditions, from the desert to the high country.
These batteries feature built-in Bluetooth connectivity and the companion app to pay attention to real-time battery level information on your phone.
