Even though snow season has now wrapped up for another year, heavy rain is causing issues with road and track closures throughout Victoria. Wards Lane from Tahara-Merino Road to Tiemans Road in Tahara is closed due to landslide. Flood damage has caused issues in the Grampians, with Fitzgerald Road closed as the road is damaged. VicEmergency have advised that Cutts Creek Road in Reedy Flat has now been closed also, avoid the area if possible. On the other side of the coin, West Wingan Rd leading into Wingham Inlet camping area is Croajingolong National Park is closed due to fire suppression activities. Brewery Track at Woods Point has been regraded and is navigable once more
Why the heck bother publishing track news dated back 6 months. Those areas flooded are now clear and more up to date information would be relevant.
The road north of Dargo has problems of some sort.
Its not bad at the moment, there are 2 very bad bits near Treasures , its a shame they cant put some seal on them , problem solved.
The Kangaroo Track in Glenn Wills is in very poor condition with some areas of the track severely damaged with deep ruts having being gouged in its surface by irresponsible 4WD owners.
