Oricom tells Unsealed 4X4 that its latest UHF radio offers Australian-first technology. Hmm, we’re listening. Basically, the new Oricom unit offers dual-antenna technology – meaning you can receive the strongest possible signal automatically (depending on what antennas you have connected). The unit itself is also incredibly slim, allowing for easy installation into modern vehicles where space is at a premium. While slender in proportions, Oricom also mentions that the UHF182 is packed with the same features you would find in much larger units including 80 channels of operation for all your favourite banter with those on the road.
