Mitsubishi’s toughest Triton yet finally has a price tag
Mitsubishi has confirmed pricing and specs for the new Triton Raider, a Premcar-enhanced flagship ute designed specifically for Australian conditions.

Mitsubishi has officially revealed pricing for the new Triton Raider, with the Australian-engineered flagship ute set to arrive in dealerships from June 2026 carrying a $74,990 driveaway price tag.
Based on the 2026 Mitsubishi Triton GSR dual cab and developed in partnership with Victorian engineering company Premcar, the Raider sits at the top of the Triton lineup and brings a range of suspension, styling and off-road-focused upgrades aimed specifically at Australian buyers.
According to Mitsubishi, the Raider has already generated strong interest since its earlier unveiling.
“Triton Raider is already breaking new ground for the Mitsubishi brand in Australia,” said Bruce Hampel, GM of Product Strategy at Mitsubishi Motors Australia.
“Early feedback from our dealer network since unveiling has been resoundingly positive, with specific callouts for Raider’s improved wheel control, aggressive styling and off-road performance.”
Premcar-tuned suspension and off-road upgrades
While the Triton Raider starts life as a Triton GSR, Premcar completes a second-stage manufacturing process at its Epping facility in Victoria.
A major focus of the Raider package is suspension tuning for Australian conditions.
Premcar developed a unique front and rear damper setup, including an internal rebound spring in the front dampers, revised front springs and upgraded bump stops designed to improve wheel control and ride confidence across rough terrain.
The Raider also gains:
- Bridgestone Dueler AT002 all-terrain tyres
- ROH Assault 18-inch alloy wheels in Brushed Bronze
- 25mm front ride height increase
- 15mm rear ride height increase
- 20mm wider track front and rear
- Upgraded side protection bars
- Sports bar with red inserts
- Strengthened underbody protection
Mitsubishi says the YAMAHA Performance Damper system introduced on the MY26 Triton GSR has also been retained to improve refinement and NVH performance.
Styling tweaks set the Raider apart
Visually, the Raider gets a more aggressive appearance than the standard Triton GSR.
Bronze detailing features heavily throughout the build, including the ROH wheels and ‘Sandstorm’ side decals, while Raider badging appears on the tailgate, headrests and centre console.
Additional styling upgrades include a dark grey front garnish, black grille treatment, red underbody protection accents and upgraded sports bars sourced through Mitsubishi’s accessory catalogue.
Four colours will be available at launch:
- White Diamond
- Black Mica
- Blade Silver
- Graphite Grey
Mitsubishi doubles down on Australian engineering
The Triton Raider also highlights Mitsubishi’s growing partnership with Premcar – the same Australian engineering company known for previous locally developed Nissan Warrior programs.
Rather than simply adding accessories, Mitsubishi says the Raider was designed and tested as a fully integrated package focused on confidence, control and off-road capability across Australian conditions.
Warranty and aftersales support
Like the rest of the Triton range, the Raider is covered under Mitsubishi’s 10/10/10 Diamond Advantage program, which includes:
- 10-year/200,000km warranty
- 10 years capped-price servicing
- 10 years roadside assistance
The new Mitsubishi Triton Raider is scheduled to arrive in Australian dealerships from June 2026.
