One of the latest players in remote reservoir shocks happens to be one of the oldest suspension specialists in the country. Dobinsons is already well known for its range of springs and shocks, and its latest Monotube Remote Reservoir (MRR) units have been completely redesigned and built to a quality standard, not a price.

These things are built for high performance with design inclusions like a 3mm wall thickness, 50 or 60mm bore (depending on application), vehicle specific valving and, of course, that remote reservoir that allows it to have a higher volume of oil and much more resistance to fading. These shocks been making a name for themselves too, competing on comp vehicles in the gruelling Cliffhanger Challenge this year. They’re available for a range of vehicles suiting up to a 6in lift.
Prices start at $300 for the 50mm bore units and $350 for the 60mm shocks. Contact Dobinsons Springs for more info.
