Jayco has just dropped a new toy hauler, and it’s one that’s sure to catch the eye of riders, campers, and weekend warriors across the country. Say hello to the Jayco Crosstrail. It’s a customisable base trailer, purpose-built for transporting motorcycles, quad bikes, and all your essential gear for life off the beaten track.
Designed and manufactured in Australia, the Jayco Crosstrail is all about versatility and durability. Key features include a hot-dipped galvanised chassis, JTECH 2.0 independent coil suspension, heavy-duty lift-up roof rack, and corrosion-resistant aluminium bodywork. All signs that this trailer won’t fall apart on the first corrugation.
Out of the box, the Jayco Crosstrail is equipped to carry up to three motorcycles or one quad bike. It comes with a heavy-duty tread plate floor, jerrycan holders, storage boxes, tie-down points, and aluminium loading ramps. For those who like to kit out their trailers for longer or more remote trips, the Crosstrail offers a full suite of optional upgrades. These include a slide-out kitchen, power and water packs, fridge slide, rooftop tent, awning, and more.
“This impressive addition to the Jayco lineup features an exceptional Australian-designed and manufactured aluminium body, ideal for transporting bikes or other leisure toys,” says Jayco National head of sales and marketing, Scott Jones, about the Crosstrail. “Available as a base trailer or optioned until it’s a fully spec’d toy hauler. There’s an option for every adventure enthusiast.”
Starting at $22,590 RRP, the new Jayco Crosstrail is available now at Jayco dealers nationwide. We reckon this might be one of the most exciting, no-nonsense new entries into the toy hauler space in a while. We can’t wait to get our hands on one for a proper review. Stay tuned.
